What should you expect
Led by Stokes Tea & Coffee, this masterclass will expand your coffee creativity and indulge your senses. Each guest will receive a personal coffee tasting kit along with course materials, travel mug, and other coffee goodies.
On the day, the Master Roaster will take you through a sensory cupping/tasting experience using the kits provided. He’ll show tips and tricks of brewing, cover the delicious tasting notes and personality of each coffee, and provide a fascinating insight into their origins, altitude, and roasts.
What about OT security?
The tasting session will be followed by a brief look at the state of the OT security market in the UK. We will discuss how Operational, IT and Security business units can work together to figure out what connected systems exist in their environment, and how to get started securing CPS, ICS and IoT in any production or mission critical environment.
An OT security platform should include device detection, communications monitoring, network mapping, network segmentation & protection, threat prevention, and unified management. We will discuss how OT security teams can embrace these features and wake up and smell the coffee!
