Cloud

Contact Center as a Service gives you access to the latest contact center technology and applications without a large capital investment. Applications can be delivered anywhere, on any device, at any time with the security, performance, and reliability of on-premises deployments.

On premise

For customers who have already invested in on-premise telephony, Unified Communications and collaboration or have a suitable virtual server estate we can utilse the existing investments and interconnect between systems. Contact Centre applications can be installed into single sites or shared across diverse locations to provide a fault tolerant and secure platform.

Designs will be carefully considered to look at the locations of voice servers, SIP / ISDN gateways and location sensitive applications such as call recording, CRM and other business systems that need high speed and robust connectivity. Where contact centre users are to be geographically dispersed we will review the connectivity to ensure that it is suitable to support voice and video streaming, announcements and the CRM / ERP data.
