HackWatchman Money Back Guarantee

  1. activereach Ltd shall provide the customer with a Money Back Guarantee on its HackWatchman services in order to ensure the service is to the customer’s satisfaction. The Money Back Guarantee on HackWatchman will be valid for the Guarantee Period, which is the first 30 days from the working day after date of the initial commission and shipping (which will be emailed to you).  The Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to the first appliance on its first term contract, and is not available at any renewal. Contracts cancelled outside this period will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid.
  2. The Money Back Guarantee is limited to the cost of the Hackwatchman service and does not include any additional services requested from activereach or any other costs incurred by you for use or testing of the service.
  3. If you decide within the Guarantee Period that you do not wish to continue with the service you must notify us of this in writing (to Support, activereach Limited, 4 Cliveden Office Village, Lancaster Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP12 3YZ) or other durable medium (including e-mail to support@activereach.net) prior to the expiry of the Guarantee Period. The licence to use the HackWatchman service will terminate on the date of your notification to activereach Limited of your claim for a refund and you must return all HackWatchman appliances at your own expense, undamaged, by courier to: Support, activereach Limited, 4 Cliveden Office Village, Lancaster Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP12 3YZ within 7 days of cancellation.
  4. activereach Limited reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund under the Money Back Guarantee if activereach Limited reasonably believes that you are acting in an unacceptable manner or attempting to abuse the Money Back Guarantee.
  5. activereach Limited may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
