Q Do you need to be a club member or hold a shotgun license to shoot?

No, everyone is welcome to come and shoot at E.J. Churchill.

Q. Is there a dress code?

We advise all our clients to wear comfortable outdoor clothing which is dependent on the weather. Suitable footwear such as trainers, walking boots or wellington boots are recommended. All our paths are hard-standing so even during winter the grounds don’t get muddy.

Q. Do I need to bring any equipment with me?

No. We will provide you with all the safety equipment including hats, glasses and ear plugs. Guns, cartridges and clays are all included in the VIP Experience.

Q. Can I bring my own shotgun?

If you have the appropriate license you can bring your own shotgun – but no more than a semi-auto 3 shot.

Q. What about social distancing?

Any prevailing Covid-19 measures are in place with adherence to government guidelines for outdoor organised sport.

Q. How do I get to E.J. Churchill?

Due to our location close to the M40 some satnavs do not recognise our postcode. Please ensure that you type our full address into your satnav and leave the M40 at J4 if travelling from London or J5 if travelling from Oxford, or please use the following alternative postcode HP14 3NP.

E.J. Churchill is clearly signposted from Park Lane.
